FAQ - If the fuel intake is pointing in wrong direction, you can place a deep well socket over it and turn it. If the governor tension spring was not in the right place, you can try to drill a small hole in plastic lever to facilitate correct spring position. After installation, engine will ran perfectly. Carburetor problems can be also caused by blockage from debris, dirt and gasoline deposits. This will cause the main jet to become clogged and prevent the engine from starting
