Dental Hard Splint mainly used for manufacturing of dental retainers, and need to use with vacuum forming machine to make a oral cavity shape negative mold.
Three Sizes Available: 1.0mm(20sheets); 1.5mm(15 sheets); 2.0mm(10 sheets).
Advantages: No bubbles when molding, with excellent wear resistance and stability.
Usage: Tear off the protective films on both sides before use.Use vacuum forming machine to heat for about 2-3 minutes to make it soft then Vacuum and Molding.
Notice: please store it in a cool place. Once it is open, use it as soon as possible to prevent forming sheets getting damp.
