HOW TO USE

1.The salt/pepper holder must be separated from

the top part in order to be filled.

2.Fill the holder with coarse salt or pepper. The

holder must be filled to approx. 80%, not to the

brim.

3. Assemble the holder with the top part. Take

care to ensure that the salt/pepper holder's

light guide is directly opposite the LED after

assembly.

4. To use the spice mill, lift it off the base and

press the power switch button.The light comes

on and the mill grinds for as long as the power

switch button is held down.

5. Set the desired grinding level with the screw on

the under side of the bottom part.

INSERTING THE BATTERIES

1.Remove the lid by turning it anti-clockwise.

2.Separate the top part and the salt/pepper

holder from each other by turning the top

part anti-clockwise.

3.Press the motor unit down and remove it from

the stainless steel cover.

4.Insert 4 x 1.5V batteries, size AAA (LRO3), with

the correct polarity as shown by the markings in

the battery compartment.

5.Carefully return the motor unit into the stainless

steel cover
and align the guides at the top end of the motor

unit in the grooves on the inside of the stainless

steel cover.

6.Assemble the top part and the salt/pepper holder

by aligning them with each other and turning

clockwise.Take care to ensure that the salt/pepper

holder's lightguide is directly opposite the LED after

assembly.

7.Replace the lid and turn clockwise to twist into

place.

NOTE:

The spice mill works best with alkaline batteries.
